• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health status, identifying their needs, concerns, and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.
• Conduct couples and family therapy sessions to navigate relationship dynamics and enhance communication among members.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that set clear objectives, interventions, and outcome markers based on clients’ individual needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, introducing effective coping mechanisms and available community resources.
• Maintain precise and secure client records, documenting assessments, treatment progress, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines while ensuring a high level of client confidentiality and informed consent.
