As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inner Zenith Wellness, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans that are rooted in evidence-based methodologies.
• Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring your approach to address the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining comprehensive and timely clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and other mental health practitioners, to ensure streamlined and coordinated care for every patient.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.
• Providing education and emotional support to clients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their mental health care.
• Staying abreast of the latest clinical research and trends in mental health, integrating new knowledge into practice to optimize treatment efficacy.

You will be serving a diverse patient population, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds and with a wide range of mental health challenges. As an LCSW, your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your advanced understanding of the field.
