• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for students to identify emotional and behavioral issues.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions to assist students in overcoming challenges.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring timely updates on each student’s progress.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school counselors, and other stakeholders to provide holistic support.
• Facilitate parenting and family support workshops that enable families to better understand and assist their children.
• Stay abreast of the latest mental health research to inform practice and enhance service delivery.

You will engage with a diverse population of students ranging in age from elementary to high school, each with unique backgrounds and distinct mental health challenges. Your role is critical in providing targeted support that enhances academic performance, social skills, and emotional regulation, ultimately contributing to a healthier school environment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Must possess a valid LCSW license in Georgia or have the ability to obtain one prior to starting.
• Evidence of proficiency in solution-focused therapy and other relevant therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building rapport with students, families, and staff.

• Previous experience working in educational settings, particularly with children and adolescents.
