  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client engagement and teamwork.
  • Self-motivated individuals who thrive in independent settings while maintaining connections with colleagues will excel in this role.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, showcasing your expertise in mental health counseling.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions is highly desirable.
  • Experience with culturally competent practices and delivering a range of therapeutic interventions will be valuable.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:

  • Flexible work-from-home options across Arizona, allowing you to set your own schedule.
  • Ongoing administrative support, including scheduling, billing, and technology assistance.
  • Continued professional development opportunities, including access to training and supervision as needed.
  • A warm, values-driven culture dedicated to fostering professional growth while honoring your personal boundaries.
  • The flexibility to develop a niche or specialization within your practice areas.
Career Growth Opportunities
