As a member of our team, you will receive administrative support, including scheduling and billing, which allows you to concentrate on what truly matters—your clients.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with both adolescents and adults through secure telehealth platforms, offering convenient access to mental health support.
• Perform thorough assessments to gather critical information on client histories, needs, and goals, and create tailored treatment plans that are evidence-based.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address diverse client issues.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation per state regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance and accountability in all patient interactions.
• Engage in team consultations regularly to foster continuous professional development and collaborative practice among your peers.
• Facilitate referrals to other mental health professionals or community resources when necessary, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele facing a variety of emotional and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. By embracing a culturally competent approach, you will ensure that the therapeutic experience is personalized and sensitive to varied backgrounds and experiences.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arizona is a must.
• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client engagement and teamwork.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, showcasing your expertise in mental health counseling.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions is highly desirable.
• Experience with culturally competent practices and delivering a range of therapeutic interventions will be valuable.

This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
