Basic Function:
This position is a production based role. Applicant will be responsible for processing assigning cases in a timely manner as well as performing outreach to multiple individuals for follow-up and clarification. Assisting team members and requesting medical records is also required. Cases assigned are quality based and attention to detail is key.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a Bachelors degree in a healthcare related field or highschool degree +7 years of healthcare management experience.
• 3 years clinical/Quality experience.
• 2 years UM, Case Management, quality improvement and/or project management experience.
• Experience conducting presentations for member and/or provider training.
• Verbal and written communications skills.
• Data analysis experience.
• Excellent PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
