• Provide direct clinical services to clients within the detox center, engaging in individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing evidence-based screening tools to determine clients' treatment requirements and readiness for recovery.
• Create and implement individualized care plans that integrate mental health treatment and encourage clients' involvement in their recovery process.
• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective support, while documenting all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, addiction specialists, and other social workers, to ensure cohesive care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate actively in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support to clients in distress and facilitating access to emergency services as needed.
• Lead educational workshops and discussions aimed at promoting mental health awareness and recovery strategies among clients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies, remaining up-to-date on best practices and relevant regulations in the mental health field.

Our client population primarily consists of individuals undergoing detox from substance use disorders, many of whom experience co-occurring mental health issues. As an LCSW at Brookdale, you will work with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds, emphasizing cultural competency and respect for diverse traditions and beliefs. Your ability to connect with clients based on empathy and understanding will be crucial for their recovery journey.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Must hold an active LCSW license in the state of Nevada, with continued compliance to all licensing requirements.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in social work, particularly in behavioral health or substance abuse settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in remote clinical tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health principles, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques.

• Experience working in remote settings and comfort with telehealth service delivery.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and community-based support programs.
• Prior experience with detox or rehabilitation facilities is highly desirable.

The salary range for this full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
