• Conduct thorough clinical assessments with new clients, utilizing telehealth technologies to gather health histories, establish rapport, and identify presenting issues to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). You will skillfully adapt these modalities to address the complexities of each client's unique situations while conducting sessions virtually.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations to safeguard patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of multidisciplinary professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, through regular virtual meetings to discuss treatment approaches and optimize patient care.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review sessions facilitated via video conferencing, leveraging these opportunities to share insights and improve therapeutic strategies.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Licensed Master Social Worker - Clinical (LMSW-C).
