Work Environment

This position operates in a remote setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of a proactive and close-knit team. Our work schedule is structured to promote work-life balance, with hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. There are no evening or weekend commitments, allowing for focused engagement during business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to inform individualized treatment plans.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement effective behavioral health services tailored to the unique needs of clients.
  • Provide psychotherapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and growth.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on clientsโ€™ progress and changing needs, ensuring effective case management.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team, including primary care providers, to ensure holistic care and integrated treatment approaches.
  • Counsel clients in crisis situations and provide immediate intervention, leveraging mature judgment and crisis management skills.
  • Perform regular screenings for substance abuse and refer clients requiring specialized care to appropriate agencies.
  • Document client interactions and treatment progress using our electronic health record system, promoting thorough and effective communication among team members.

Qualifications
