Demonstrated experience in strategic data modeling and analysis. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences. Experience analyzing workforce data, contractor spend, or operational metrics. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with machine learning models and predictive analytics.
