• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for patients, addressing their psychological, social, and emotional needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that are tailored to clients' specific situations and preferences.
• Offer guidance in enhancing caregivers' parenting skills by understanding family values and addressing individual children's social and emotional needs.
• Provide in-depth progress reports and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Act as a liaison, educating other healthcare professionals on psycho-social issues and available community resources to support patient recovery.
• Utilize cultural competency to deliver appropriate care across various demographics, from children to the elderly.
• Monitor and evaluate patient data and feedback to continuously improve treatment efficacy and client satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to align on care strategies and share insights.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders. The patients may vary widely in terms of age, background, and presenting challenges, requiring a tailored approach to each case. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding these individuals toward recovery and stability, helping them navigate both the psychological aspects of detoxification and the broader context of their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or closely related field, with a focus on clinical practice.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in social services, particularly in psychiatric or clinical settings.
• Demonstrable knowledge and practical skills in managing disruptive and assaultive behavior, with current certification in crisis intervention methods.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to the dynamic needs of patients.

• Experience working in a detox or inpatient mental health setting.
• Proficiency with digital health tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems, as well as telehealth platforms.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care principles and cultural competency.
