Who you are:
The Vice President of Client Services is a critical leadership hire responsible for the quality, consistency, and scalability of care delivery across Intent Clinical's national network. This role sits at the intersection of clinical leadership and operational discipline, ensuring that every client experience reflects our promise of focused, expert, concierge-level care.
Reporting directly to the COO, this leader will oversee the full-service delivery infrastructure, manage and develop the service delivery teams, and serve as the operational backbone of a company built on one promise: no matter the need, the right expert is always within reach.
What you’ll do:
Service Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day care delivery across all service lines
  • Develop and implement operational standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks that ensure consistency and excellence at scale
  • Build and manage systems that support rapid, high-quality matching of clients to the right clinicians and specialists within our national team
  • Ensure the intake-to-care-plan process runs with the speed and precision that differentiates Intent Clinical in the market
Team Development
  • Manage and grow a high-performing service team across a remote, nationally distributed environment
  • Establish clear performance expectations, accountability structures, and professional development pathways
  • Partner with Human Resources to maintain and expand Intent Clinical's curated national team of 400+ specialized professionals
  • Develop and oversee credentialing, vetting, and quality assurance processes for clinicians and specialists
  • Identify gaps in service coverage by geography, specialty, or service line and drive solutions to close them
Quality and Compliance
  • Monitor clinical quality, service outcomes, and satisfaction indicators
  • Ensure all care delivery operations meet applicable regulatory, ethical, and compliance standards
  • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives informed by data, client feedback, and team input
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with operations and sales to ensure operational capacity aligns with growth
All other duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring:
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in service operations, healthcare services, behavioral health, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience providing related direct care services
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology or similar field
  • Maintains License and certifications, field specific, such as PsyD or LCSW
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling service delivery operations in a high-growth environment
  • Deep understanding of the mental health and behavioral health landscape
  • Experience managing remote, nationally distributed teams with excellence
  • Strong operational instincts; you build systems, solve problems, and drive accountability without losing the human element
  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism; you understand the stakes of serving high-profile, high-net-worth clients and their trusted advisors
  • A collaborative leadership style that earns trust across service, operational, and business development functions
  • Experience working with or within concierge, high-touch, or premium service environments is a strong plus
  • An understanding of social responsibility and how to contribute positively to the well-being of others.
