• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans based on best practices.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic interventions and evidence-based techniques to address patient concerns, promoting positive behavioral changes and improved mental wellness.
• Document and maintain accurate clinical records of patient interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in regular case reviews, and participating in team meetings to optimize care strategies.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, coping strategies, and the therapy process, empowering them to engage in their own recovery.
• Maintain current knowledge of mental health research, treatment methodologies, and policy changes to enhance practice and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. You will assist patients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, helping them navigate their mental health journeys with compassion and expertise. • A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a current and valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada.
• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients effectively.
• Proficiency in remote clinical tools and software for telehealth and documentation purposes.

We prefer candidates with at least two years of relevant clinical experience, specifically in outpatient settings. Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with trauma-informed care practices will be advantageous.

• The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
