• Conduct thorough assessments of students' mental health needs and collaborate with parents, educators, and medical professionals to create tailored care plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions that include crisis counseling and individual or group psychotherapy sessions aimed at addressing acute mental health challenges.
• Regularly evaluate students’ progress and modify care plans to reflect ongoing assessments and feedback from clients, caregivers, and educators.
• Provide training and resources to school staff to promote a positive school climate and assist students in managing their mental health.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and teach coping strategies vital for personal growth.
• Document all therapeutic interactions and maintain compliance with organizational policies, as well as state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training in best practices for mental health treatment.

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral issues. By employing a strengths-based approach, you will work to build resilience and develop essential coping strategies within this vulnerable demographic. The role may also involve engaging with families, providing crucial support to facilitate positive changes in home settings, and employing a family-centered approach to care.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
• Current licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) such as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW, in accordance with state regulations.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and digital tools for therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with clients and collaborators.
• Ability to work autonomously while effectively coordinating with team members.

• Prior experience providing clinical services to children and adolescents in school settings or similar environments.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices tailored to youth mental health.
• Experience in developing community outreach programs that engage schools and families in mental health education.
