Type: Full-time, remote, non-exempt role.

Location: Nationwide across the US

Requirements: Professional home office with high-speed internet and pre-existing right-to-work status required (Onward Climate does not provide sponsorship or relocation assistance).

RHYTHMS OF THE ROLE

Focus: Enroll utility customers into energy programs through high-volume outbound calls.

Schedule: 40 hours/week. A minimum of 30 hours will be dedicated to active calling during local program hours (9 AM โ€“ 7:30 PM PST | 10 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM CST/EST).

ABOUT YOU
  • Experience: 1+ years in sales with a track record of meeting KPIs; B2C inside sales experience preferred. You are tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Apps and CRM/dialing systems.
  • Resilient Communicator: With a natural phone presence and a commitment to active listening, you navigate challenging conversations and handle objections with professional grace.
  • Values Driven: Genuinely motivated by environmental sustainability, you possess a talent for building product value and connecting it to a customer's personal values to drive sales.
  • Detail-Oriented: You maintain high accuracy in sales documentation and a steadfast commitment to digital privacy protocols.

  • Performance Standards: Meet sales performance KPIs with a consistent average of 55+ dials per hour and steady growth in sales conversion rates. Meet or exceed specified outreach hours, call quality, and professionalism performance measures.
