Gather and Grow Counseling Center is seeking a dynamic and committed Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Based in Vancouver, Washington, Gather and Grow operates as a community health clinic with a vibrant remote work setting. Our team collaborates dynamically to align services with community needs, allowing therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes while still being integrated into a supportive, team-focused culture. This remote structure emphasizes flexibility, which enables our staff to design their schedules while delivering optimal care and support.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose client needs and create tailored treatment plans that reflect the individual goals and concerns of clients.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 27 client visits each week for full-time clinicians, prioritizing timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to guide clients toward achieving and exceeding their mental health goals, adjusting approaches based on individual progress.
• Document all clinical work accordingly to company standards, including assessment results, detailed treatment plans, and case notes after each session.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with case managers, families, and other stakeholders involved in the life of the client, ensuring coordinated care.
• Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and training, bringing forth innovative ideas and insights to enhance team performance and client care.
• Contribute positively to a culture of teamwork, sharing resources and support with colleagues while working towards common objectives.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. • A master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.
• Demonstrable experience with clinical documentation practices, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with clients and team members.
• Ability to maintain timely submission of documentation while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in establishing and maintaining professional boundaries with clients to foster a safe therapeutic space.
• Experience working effectively with a diverse client population, understanding the unique challenges they may face.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems, with Valant experience considered an asset.
• Successful completion of a background check.

• Experience in various therapeutic modalities that engage children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong familiarity with community resources and support services to assist clients holistically.
• Experience in group therapy settings, providing workshops or psychoeducation to larger audiences.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually. Our offer includes a sign-on bonus, professional development opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a unique pay structure that includes hourly pay plus commission based on client sessions. You will also be compensated for administrative tasks related to consultation and documentation.
