Job description

As a Loan Support Analyst, within PNC's Collateral Monitoring organization, you will be based in Brecksville, OH.
In this role, you will work Monday - Friday, 7:30 am EST - 4:00 pm EST. The current minimum in-office expectation is once per month.
As a Loan Support Analyst, you will provide ongoing collateral monitoring activities for lines of credit, with a borrowing base structure in line with the loan agreement, while maintaining accuracy of availability on ACBS. This ensures borrowing does not exceed the collateral. Work will be assigned from CLASS where you will have your own queue to verify. Through this you will have your own portfolio of customers and conduct reconcilement of the workbook per the customer portfolio.
The due diligence for this role will include but is not limited to making sure all required documents are received and the collateral values are accurately input into the borrowing base certificate/ECC module of ACBS. If any discrepancy is found, you will work with team leads in the group, and/or relationship managers and underwriting to resolve the discrepancy. If no discrepancies are found, your review is submitted in the system and pushed to QC for final review.
