Summary :
The Senior Application Analyst supports and enhances the Workday Finance system across the organization. This role partners with Payroll, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and other business teams, as well as third party vendors, to maintain system functionality, resolve issues, and improve processes.
The position plays a key role in supporting system configuration and foundational data model, reporting, and upgrades while ensuring data accuracy and efficient system use.
Job Description:
Key Accountabilities:
  • Maintain and support Workday Finance modules and system configuration.
  • Partner with business teams to understand needs and recommend solutions.
  • Implement solutions through successful design, development, testing, and deployment with required documentation.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations.
  • Develop and maintain reports for business users.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial system data.
  • Manage support tickets ensuring thorough, timely work, and compliance with documentation procedures in ticket tracking system.
  • Support system integrations and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
  • Occasional extended hours during system upgrades, releases, or critical project milestones.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise systems.
  • Experience with Workday Finance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of financial processes and accounting concepts.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Workday certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
    • Experience with system implementations or upgrades.
    • Experience in healthcare or complex organizations.

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance
  • Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties

Work Environment:
  • Work may be performed remotely, in a hybrid arrangement, or in a climate-controlled office cubicle setting, with occasional movement throughout the facility.
