• Remote work setting, primarily based out of the Miami, Florida area.
• Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
• A climate-controlled office with a structure to facilitate daily movement and interaction with diverse healthcare teams.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, utilizing standardized tools from the DSM-5 to identify diagnoses and determine effectiveness of service delivery.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, incorporating cultural diversity and specific needs of the patient population.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the progress of each patient, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform interventions and support mental health treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records and clinical notes, adhering to regulatory and departmental guidelines.
• Coordinate referrals and establish relationships with other healthcare providers and referral agencies, ensuring seamless access to integrated care.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and mentoring to students, interns, and volunteers, enhancing team capacity and patient care.
• Participate in peer review and clinical collaboration under the guidance of a supervisor to ensure clinical excellence.

This position primarily serves children and adolescents, as well as their families, who are navigating the emotional and psychological challenges associated with a cancer diagnosis. The role requires an understanding of the unique experiences of this patient population, and an ability to tailor therapeutic approaches that resonate with their specific needs and circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience working within a school environment or with young populations.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to oncology.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and USD 105,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
