• Conduct comprehensive psychotherapeutic sessions with a focus on children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds, using modalities that align with evidence-based practices.
• Perform thorough clinical assessments and develop impactful case conceptualizations that guide treatment planning.
• Collaborate with colleagues as necessary to facilitate case discussions, sharing insights that enhance client care and treatment approaches.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that meets statutory requirements, ensuring timely updates to client records and treatment plans.
• Regularly participate in supervisory sessions and team meetings to refine therapeutic approaches and share best practices.

You will engage with a diverse patient population that includes children, adolescents, and adults experiencing trauma-related issues and other mental health challenges. Our clients seek compassionate, individualized care that acknowledges their unique experiences and fosters resilience and recovery. You will have the opportunity to implement tailored treatment interventions, adjusting approaches as needed based on client feedback and progress.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Current and active licensure in the State of Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is essential for this role.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a mental health counselor, with proven expertise in establishing therapeutic relationships as a primary clinician.

• Experience working within a trauma-informed care framework and familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary team collaborations to enhance client care.
• Demonstrated ability to manage clinical caseloads in a remote setting effectively.
