Job description

We are seeking an analytically driven and strategically minded Sr. Business Analyst for Clinical Quality and Population Health to support and advance key initiatives that advance our organization's population health goals. This role partners closely with clinical, operational, and executive leadership to design, build, and optimize actionable analytics solutions. This role is instrumental in shaping strategic performance feedback, improving care delivery, and advancing value-based care initiatives.

Certifications required with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in these Epic applications: Healthy Planet, Clinical Data model, (Surgical Procedures, Data Model, Beaker, Cupid), EpicCare Ambulatory Analytics, Radar Dashboards, and Reporting Workbench

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Location: Evergreen Administration (13898 NE 28th Street - Vancouver, WA 98682)*

Hiring range: generally starts between $98,115-$121,620/year and placement on the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements for Radar Dashboards, Reporting Workbench Reports, Slicer Dicer Data Models/Sessions and custom SQL metrics to design insightful and actionable metrics and key performance indicators that focus on strategic performance, improvement and feedback.

  • Design and deliver insightful, actionable KPIs and performance metrics aligned with strategic goals

  • Develop scalable reporting frameworks focused on strategic performance, improvement, and clinical feedback loops

  • Support value-based care models through integrated population health reporting

  • Design and deploy robust clinical data models and reporting systems to support organizational initiatives

Must be able to:

  • Present complex analysis clearly and concisely to all organizational levels

  • Provide proactive guidance to clinic leadership on analytical direction and strategic opportunities

  • Promote data literacy, governance, and user education to reduce long-term reliance on technical intermediaries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Process Analysis, Information Technology Data Management or equivalent education and work experience

  • Minimum of five years of experience and certifications in these Epic applications: Healthy Planet, Clinical Data model, (Surgical Procedures, Data Model, Beaker, Cupid), EpicCare Ambulatory Analytics, Radar Dashboards, and Reporting Workbench

  • Minimum of five years of data analysis experience: identifying and defining source data using SQL or data profiling tools. SQL queries experience preferred.

  • Proven ability to analyze business reporting requirements and systems functionality to develop and support reporting systems

  • Healthcare education is preferred along with demonstrated database reporting experience

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in areas of responsibility

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to shift workload as needed to accommodate organizational priorities.

Additional Information: *This position will transition to an off-site remote work schedule upon completion of the training period and meeting the requirements for working off-site. This requires an employee to live in the local Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR area and have a secure home network with minimum upload (5 mbps) and download speeds (25 mbps).

Pay Range:

$98,601.00 - $147,902.00
