Key Responsibilities
  • Provide immediate live support to the multidisciplinary Practitioner team, particularly in assessing and de-escalating risk situations involving students and their families.
  • Effectively lead and coordinate escalations to emergency services as necessary, ensuring timely intervention for individuals at risk.
  • Draft and communicate reports to Clinical Leads concerning new safeguarding risks uncovered during interactions, actively participating in risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain current knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures, and incorporate these protocols seamlessly into daily practice, addressing any implementation challenges promptly.
  • Implement and refine outcome-focused practices by gathering feedback from clients and stakeholders; analyze barriers to effective service delivery and propose actionable recommendations for program improvements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and their families dealing with various mental health and substance use issues. You will provide targeted interventions aimed at improving emotional and behavioral health, promoting resilience, and fostering positive relationships among students, parents, and educators. Your role will be essential in shaping a supportive school climate that nurtures both academic and social development.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification is required.
