About Us:
Capio Group is a California-based Information Technology Consulting firm serving the public sector since 2010. We assist the Government in delivering large, complex systems and solutions. The Contractor will also provide ongoing maintenance and operations, service desk support, system enhancements, regulatory updates, security compliance, performance monitoring, and operational support to ensure continued system availability, reliability, and alignment with evolving business and legislative requirements.
The Business Analyst Lead will support various objectives, which may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Facilitate requirements prioritization and stakeholder consensus activities.
  • Coordinate business analysis activities across multiple functional workstreams.

  • Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and configuration teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support data conversion, integration, reporting, compliance, licensing, enforcement, and operational business process analysis.
  • Participate in test planning, test case development, defect triage, user acceptance testing, and deployment readiness activities.

  • Lead business process validation and solution acceptance activities.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of business analysis deliverables produced by project teams.
