• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to enhance clients’ mental health.
• Facilitate discussions that empower clients to explore emotions, offering insights to foster personal growth and improved relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients by collaboratively defining their therapeutic goals and actively working towards achieving them.
• Perform thorough evaluations of clients’ mental states, developing and executing comprehensive treatment plans based on solid clinical judgment.
• Maintain detailed records of client sessions, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to keep abreast of the latest trends and techniques within the field.

The clients you will serve primarily comprise stable adults facing low acuity concerns, allowing you to focus on developing effective treatment plans without the challenges associated with severe mental health conditions. Each client is carefully screened to ensure they are a good fit for your specific expertise, and we prioritize aligning client assignments with your preferred demographics and specialties. This client-centric approach enables you to deliver tailored care that truly makes a difference in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Full licensure in the state of Texas as a Mental Health Counselor, with credentials such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Note: Candidates with limited or provisional licenses will not be considered.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with clients and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
• As a remote counselor, proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms is essential.

Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, with demonstrated success in managing therapeutic relationships effectively. If you have experience in outpatient settings or telehealth services, it would be advantageous, as this role relies heavily on technology for client interaction.

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 9,000 and USD 10,400, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
