• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify individual client needs and co-occurring disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to foster positive client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress and services rendered using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed to stabilize clients and ensure safety.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest research and advancements within the field of social work.

You will be working with individuals in various stages of recovery from substance use disorders, often presenting with underlying mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Arizona.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical social work setting, ideally focusing on addiction recovery and mental health.
