Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to ascertain their mental health needs and formulating personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

  • Implement various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities, to effectively address clients’ issues.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to protect client privacy.

  • Engage in regular collaboration with the treatment team, participating in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance client care quality.

  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available within the community.

  • Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy to continuously improve the effectiveness of treatment provided.

  • Manage a full caseload of patients, ensuring timely and effective treatment while adhering to ethical standards and guidelines set forth by the respective licensing boards.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • An active, unrestricted license to practice as an LCSW, LCPC, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based therapy methodologies, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate meaningful connections with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits
