Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at California Neurobehavioral Associates, you will:

  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to recognize signs and symptoms of mental health disorders, utilizing suitable treatment interventions to support therapeutic outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring consistent tracking of progress and necessary adjustments to address evolving needs.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, respecting the privacy and dignity of each client in accordance with ethical practices and state regulations.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
