Work Environment

The position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a work environment where you are most productive. You will be engaging with clients through a secure telehealth platform, utilizing technology to facilitate therapy sessions and manage documentation effectively. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each clientโ€™s unique needs.
  • Perform thorough client assessments, utilizing structured diagnostic tools to inform customized treatment plans that consider holistic well-being.
  • Implement treatment strategies in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Document all client interactions and progress meticulously using our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.
  • Stay abreast of current trends and advancements in mental health practices and integrate this knowledge into therapeutic methods and client interactions.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clean Recovery Healthcare Center, you will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. Our clients may also be navigating life transitions, personal crises, or substance use disorders, providing a dynamic and rewarding environment for therapeutic intervention.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
  • Current licensure in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent is necessary to practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a variety of client backgrounds and diverse treatment needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients and collaborate seamlessly with team members.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting providing therapy is preferred, particularly in a telehealth format.
  • Prior experience working with children, adolescents, and families is a plus.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.
