Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mental health therapy to clients through virtual sessions, focusing on individualized treatment plans that meet their unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health history, current challenges, and treatment goals.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to facilitate therapeutic interventions that lead to effective outcomes for clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to share insights and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with mental health trends and enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse adult population, providing support for a broad range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relational difficulties. Your approach will be tailored to individual needs, fostering a supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their challenges and work toward positive change.

Qualifications

• A valid and active mental health license is required (either LMFT, LCMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C).
• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A clean professional record, free from any disciplinary actions or violations from relevant licensing boards.

Preferred Experience

• A history of utilizing digital platforms for therapy is preferred, though not required.

Compensation and Benefits
