Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and ethical individual counseling sessions via video chat to clients, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Craft thorough and personalized treatment plans that address specific issues and goals discussed during initial assessments.
• Facilitate clients' understanding of their emotions, thoughts, and relational dynamics, promoting greater self-awareness and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adult clients who present with a range of mental health needs. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Current licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), allowing you to practice independently.
• No limited or provisional licenses permitted; candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine, empathetic nature essential for building client rapport.
• Strong proficiency in technology and digital communication platforms.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling preferred, demonstrating the ability to manage a diverse client portfolio.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic interventions and methodologies that support client engagement and development.
