Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via video chat, offering clients a safe space to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to create individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Engage clients in developing insights into their experiences, emotional responses, and interpersonal relationships to foster self-awareness and personal growth.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting techniques and strategies as necessary to help them develop effective coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate with other team members to discuss client cases and share best practices to improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a variety of mental health needs. Our clients benefit from a holistic approach that promotes healing in a supportive environment. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a valid license to practice independently without supervision, such as:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted; candidates must have a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach to client care are essential.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital platforms for therapy sessions and client management.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with a diverse client population and knowledge of various therapeutic modalities will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Familiarity with telehealth practices is advantageous as this role relies heavily on virtual therapy delivery.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
