• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A valid, full license to independently practice as one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW, with no restrictions or disciplinary actions on record.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills coupled with a compassionate demeanor to effectively connect with clients.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and digital tools to facilitate therapy sessions and maintain documentation.
• Ability to make informed clinical evaluations and decisions regarding treatment plans without the need for supervision.
