  • Set clear expectations, reinforce productivity and quality standards, and coach to behaviors that drive strong claim outcomes.
  • Support technically sound coverage decisions by coaching associates on policy interpretation, estimate review, documentation, and claim resolution.
  • Use data, quality reviews, and operational observations to identify trends, remove barriers, and improve team effectiveness.
  • Lead through change by helping the team adapt to evolving workflows, technology usage, claim assignments, and business priorities.
  • Resolve escalated or non-routine customer issues, support complaint resolution, and ensure timely follow-up occurs.
  • Partner across internal teams, vendors, clients, TPAs, and other claims leaders to support business needs and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Handle additional duties, projects, training, and development activities as business needs require.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management or team lead experience including coaching and developing employees.

  • Property claims technical expertise, including the ability to coach others on coverage, policy interpretation, and claim file quality.
