Job Description:

The Senior Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster will: 

·         Handle a case load commensurate with the complexity level of claims assigned. 

·         Collaborate with highly trained staff and state-of-the-art technology to promote injured worker recovery in a prompt, fair, and ethical manner.

·         Handle a case load of Oregon claims; may include other similar jurisdictions.

·         Possess compassion and humility to serve on the Workers’ Compensation Team and positively impact injured worker recovery and the company’s financial success.

Qualification Requirements:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred.

·         7+ years of prior claim adjusting experience.

·         Must be eligible for reserve/payment authority level of $50,000+ when appropriate.

·         Must have claims adjusting experience with Washington workers’ compensation claims.

·         Claims adjusting experience with other states (Oregon workers’ compensation claims) preferred.

·         Must have an active Washington Adjuster’s License.

·         Must be open to handling multiple jurisdictions and obtain appropriate licensing as needed.
