Position Overview

As a Warranty Specialist, you are a financial safeguard and revenue generator, playing a pivotal role in optimizing client outcomes. You will leverage our proprietary, advanced software to expertly manage, audit, and process complex warranty claims with speed and precision. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with a strong technological proficiency and the drive to work autonomously, ensuring maximum claim value and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Revenue Maximization: Apply expert knowledge to meticulously review submitted claims (especially complex ones), identifying and capturing additional revenue opportunities for our clients.
  • Intelligent Processing: Utilize our proprietary software to efficiently review, validate, and process warranty claims with industry-leading accuracy.
  • Claim Optimization: Conduct thorough analysis of claims by reviewing labor operations, warranty terms, and client details, to accurately assign billable hours to technicians in compliance with applicable OEM guidelines.
  • Client Communication & Resolution: Proactively communicate with clients and stakeholders to secure necessary documentation, resolve claim issues, and provide timely, professional responses regarding claim status and eligibility.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Rigorously document all claim activities (approvals, rejections, and resolutions), ensuring strict adherence to company and OEM policies.
  • Financial Hygiene: Maintain the dealer's warranty receivables schedule, ensuring all items have been reconciled with the OEM and communicating necessary adjustments.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Client Success, Product, Development) to analyze warranty claim trends, share best practices, and actively drive significant process improvements.
  • Knowledge Leadership: Stay current on all product knowledge, OEM warranty policies, and industry regulations, serving as a trusted resource for clients and internal teams.
