Desired Qualifications: Hands-on Epiplex experience (simulations, walkthroughs CCaaS / CIW platform experience Experience supporting large-scale tech rollouts Responsibilities: Develop Epiplex simulations and guided workflows Create job aids, quick reference guides, and training content Translate CCaaS functionality into clear, user-friendly materials Partner with SMEs to validate and refine content Support rapid updates aligned to platform changes.
