Job description

Civil Defense Litigation law firm headquartered in Boca Raton, FL is currently accepting resumes for an Insurance Coverage Litigation associate with experience and knowledge of 3rd-party Insurance Coverage cases involving Declaratory Judgement Actions regarding Commercial Trucking Accidents, Private-Passenger Motor Vehicle Accident, and/or Construction Defect Litigation. Additionally, 1st and 3rd-party insurance defense regarding Homeowner's Ins. litigation, Auto Negligence litigation, Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist litigation, Bad Faith, Personal Injury, and Commercial General Liability.


Candidates are encouraged to apply if they possess excellent writing skills, have experience writing coverage opinion letters, coverage denial letters, reservation of rights letters to insureds and claimants, insurance disclosure letters, and experience in taking depositions, attending hearings, drafting pleadings, motions and discovery, and can handle a case involving issues of 3rd-party Insurance Coverage from inception to conclusion. 2+ years of experience and knowledge of 3rd Party Insurance Coverage litigation is a must.
