• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans that are both effective and engaging.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions that address a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, ensuring that your approach is customizable for each client.
• Document clinical findings meticulously in electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to stay current with mental health research and best practices.

This role will focus on serving a varied clientele, particularly those from underserved communities who may not have had prior access to mental health care. • An active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating your proficiency in providing mental health counseling.
