These roles utilize digital tools like video conferencing, streaming platforms, and online communication to serve a congregation or church community. Common positions include virtual pastors, online worship leaders, and remote administrative staff. This setup allows churches to reach broader audiences and provide spiritual support beyond physical locations.

What are common challenges faced by staff working in a remote church setting?

Staff working in a Remote Church setting often face challenges related to building strong connections with congregants who may be geographically dispersed and interacting primarily online.
