Search & Comparison IntentUnderstanding network roles vs individual church rolesDistinguishing between network coordination and staff positions

The Remote Church Network typically refers to organizations that coordinate multiple churches or ministries online, focusing on overarching support and collaboration. Remote Church Staff usually denotes individuals working directly for a specific church, handling roles like pastoral care, administration, or outreach remotely. While both involve remote work in faith-based settings, the network focuses on organizational coordination, whereas staff roles are more operational within a single church.

How does a Remote Church Network coordinator foster community and collaboration among geographically dispersed team members?

A Remote Church Network Coordinator typically uses a mix of video conferencing, online collaboration tools, and regular virtual check-ins to build strong relationships across locations. One common challenge is ensuring everyone feels connected and engaged despite physical distance, so coordinators often schedule interactive meetings, share updates transparently, and encourage open communication. They also facilitate virtual small groups or training sessions to nurture a sense of belonging and shared mission. Emphasizing responsiveness and cultural sensitivity helps bridge gaps and maintain a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Job description

Company Description
Why Clipboard Health Exists
We exist to lift as many people up the socioeconomic ladder as possible. The average nursing assistant without a college degree makes $36k a year; the average nursing assistant on Clipboard Health makes $53k a year and the top 5% make $74k a year. We dramatically improve lives, by letting healthcare professionals turn extra time & ambition into career growth. We have healthcare professionals texting us photos of a car they were finally able to buy, a school & church they're building in their native Haiti with money they earn here, and more.
We're a post Series B, extremely fast growing startup with classic two-sided network effects. We've grown 6x (across all key metrics) in the last 11 months and need your help to keep growing to serve more healthcare professionals, healthcare facilities, and patients.
Reports to:
Jordan Stankowski, Head of Strategy and Operations (S&O)
**About Clipboard Health**
Clipboard Health (YC W17) is a globally remote team of 100+ people, post product/market fit with substantive revenue. We are a marketplace that connects healthcare facilities with nurses nearby. We exist to serve our two separate clients: to give nurses more flexible schedules and to give healthcare facilities reliable flexible staff.
Job Description
**About the role**
You would be joining the Strategy and Operations arm of our Product organization. Our product today manages millions of dollars of invoices & pays thousands of participants on both sides of the market. But, we have only scratched the surface in the space of products and experiences we could build, and need your help.
We are looking for an outstanding Strategy and Operations Associate who will work at the nexus of operation and analytics, while working across the org to drive our business forward. As a Strategy and Operations Associate, you'll be insanely curious, uncover opportunities to improve the operation of our marketplace, and deploy your sharp analytical mindset on high-impact projects.
I'd read our Product Team Standards document (https://creatingvalue.substack.com/p/high-quality-and-fast) and our Product Team Structure document (https://creatingvalue.substack.com/p/the-product-team) to get a sense of how we think and what we value.
Qualifications
**Beyond the basics, what will make you successful:**
* Extreme Ownership: the buck stops with you, no matter what anyone else did or did not do. You're self-reliant, and can get things done in the chaos that is an early-stage startup scaling quickly.
* Extreme Curiosity: you ask "why" 3-5 times in a row for the same problem, digging and digging and not being satisfied until you truly understand the root cause.
* 2+ years of experience in startups, strategy, consulting, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics or related experience; high-growth or early-stage start-up experience
* Experience working in quantitative or analytical role, preferably at a startup or management consulting
* Proficiency with SQL or Python to perform analysis
* You want to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
Additional Information
**Benefits:**
* Do great work that matters, in healthcare, for customers who could really use your help.
* Move at the speed of your thinking.
* Zero commute. Work wherever you are, globally (but on or around US Pacific Time hours)
