Job description

What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Working closely with the US Chinese and English marketing team, this role will be focused on building, developing and furthering Crimson Education's market presence in the US by:
Plan and execute both online and in-person marketing events and campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Manage and implement cross-platform assets and campaigns.
Monitor leads and enrollments across all marketing channels (including events, PR, WeChat, Facebook, content, emails, SEO, and more), with weekly/monthly progress reporting and analysis of customer behavior and user experience.
Support the coordination of specific outreach tactics, including expos, seminars, webinars, school talks, and related event logistics.
What skills and experience are required?
Native or Proficient in Mandarin
Proficient in English - Spoken/Written
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professionalism, Time and Stress Management, Confidence, Positive attitude (patience, empathy), Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
Experience in Chinese Marketing platforms and channels.
Experience in graphic design, copywriting, and video editing (Required).
Experience in Xiaohongshu (RED) marketing campaigns is a plus.
Experience in the education sector - for example, the high school or higher education space(s) (preferred but not mandatory)
Background in college consulting or similarly parent focused roles (preferred but not mandatory)
