Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services in an engaging manner, supporting students with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through individual, group, and family therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop integrated care plans, ensuring seamless access to additional services as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evidence-based screenings that are developmentally appropriate, making referrals for more intensive evaluations as required.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing to collective goals and collaboratively enhancing care delivery.
• Monitor client progress, adjust caseload management, and ensure timely documentation of client notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Facilitate crisis interventions, responding effectively to students in distress and providing immediate therapeutic support.
• Engage in continuous professional development, actively seeking opportunities to refine skills and improve therapeutic techniques.
• Participate in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and establishing quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies to ensure the highest standards of care.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
