This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility to accommodate your personal schedule while also ensuring you can provide support to clients from the comfort of your home. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions, utilizing secure video conferencing tools, to provide individualized care to clients.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, sharing insights and resources to promote holistic care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the protection of patient information.
• Facilitate client assessments to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

The individuals you will work with include children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients often come to us seeking guidance where traditional therapeutic settings may be inaccessible or intimidating. You will play a crucial role in creating a safe and welcoming environment, emphasizing the importance of open communication and trust in the therapeutic relationship.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in your respective state.

• Previous experience working in clinical settings, particularly in a telehealth or remote capacity, is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and communication technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
