We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote Child and Adolescent Psychiatry team at Vitality Therapy Centre. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with our young clients through telehealth platforms. You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team that values continuous learning and professional development. We operate Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required to accommodate patient needs.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to identify their needs and challenges.
• Design and execute tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies and take into account family dynamics.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to deliver individual and family therapy sessions aimed at improving mental health outcomes.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions, providing parents and caregivers with the tools to foster a healthy and supportive home environment.
• Work closely with child psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive treatment approach.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, effectively managing urgent mental health situations involving young patients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, available treatments, and community resources.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and enhance collaborative care.
• Stay updated on trends, research, and best practices in child and adolescent psychiatry to continually improve care delivery.

Our patient population includes children and adolescents dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral disorders, and more. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
• A solid understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, equipped with knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and family therapy, particularly for younger clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with children, adolescents, and their families.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications.
• The ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling specifically targeting children's and adolescents' needs.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology to effectively engage clients remotely.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with other mental health professionals.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer attractive benefits that include:
