• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify each client’s specific mental health needs, utilizing tools and methodologies that align with the latest research.
• Design personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges and aspirations of each client, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans as necessary.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT),Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused approaches.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, maintaining open channels of communication for integrated client care.
• Deliver educational sessions for clients’ families to foster support, understanding, and involvement in the therapeutic process.
• Ensure that all client records are meticulously maintained in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, facilitating transparent communication across care providers.

The focus of our clinic is on children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma. As a therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele, providing culturally competent care that acknowledges and celebrates their various backgrounds. You will directly impact clients’ lives, helping them to build resilience and achieve their personal and family goals.

• A valid and active license in one of the following areas: Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience or specialized training in mental health counseling.
• An understanding of and commitment to utilizing evidence-based practices for treating a variety of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional skills in building client rapport and supporting them through their recovery processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration with clinical and non-clinical staff.

• Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with child and adolescent populations.
• Background in developmentally appropriate therapeutic techniques and a familiarity with cultural competence in practice.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary team environments that required coordinated care across different service providers.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
