• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs, formulate treatment plans, and determine appropriate interventions.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique requirements of students and their families.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in vibrant collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, providing insights and recommendations for patient care.
• Offer educational resources and emotional support to both patients and their families, helping them to navigate complex mental health issues.
• Stay informed of emerging trends, research, and best practices in mental health to continually enhance your skill set and service delivery.

You will work primarily with students from diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and stress management. Your role will involve not only direct therapy but also preventive measures and educational outreach, enhancing the overall mental health landscape of the school community.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Nevada.
• In-depth understanding of solution-focused therapeutic methods and child/adolescent development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building trust and rapport with students and families.

• Previous experience in school settings or working with youth populations.
• Familiarity with educational policies, special education processes, and community resources.
• Proficiency in digital record-keeping and telehealth platforms to facilitate remote service delivery.
