Healing Therapy, Ltd is in search of a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. Work Environment

This position allows for a flexible remote working environment while also providing the benefits of an outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and empathetic client assessments to develop individualized and effective treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions tailored to the diverse needs of each client, employing a range of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Regularly evaluate and update personalized therapy plans to account for client progress and changing circumstances.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and reflective of client sessions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops, training, and supervision sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of advancements in the field.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.
• Current and active LMFT licensure in the state of Maryland.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with clients and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, child and adolescent therapy, or substance use disorders will be given preference. Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with digital health platforms is also advantageous given our remote work setting.

Compensation and Benefits

Healing Therapy, Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
