What is a remote chief program officer?

Remote Chief Program Officers (CPOs) are senior executives responsible for overseeing and guiding the strategy, implementation, and evaluation of an organization’s programs, while working remotely. They collaborate with leadership to align program objectives with organizational goals, manage program staff, and ensure program effectiveness and compliance.
