• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients, drawing on your expertise to formulate personalized and actionable treatment plans that employ evidence-based practices.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring that documentation accurately reflects treatment and client progress.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with a diverse treatment team to deliver coordinated mental health services that address multifaceted client needs.
• Participate actively in case consultations and peer reviews, contributing your insights to cultivate best practices and enhance client outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available support resources, empowering them to be proactive in their care.

The individuals you will be supporting at our clinic represent a wide spectrum of mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice, including LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Strong foundation in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, demonstrating the ability to help clients navigate their challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
