As a Remote LCSW, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting teletherapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, using a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Thoroughly assessing clients' mental health conditions and developing personalized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and circumstances.
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions while creating a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
• Maintaining meticulous, confidential client records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients, particularly those in detoxification programs, ensuring comprehensive support.

This position primarily focuses on clients seeking support for substance-use disorders and various mental health challenges. You will work with a diverse population, including individuals from different cultural backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses. Your expertise will be vital in offering tailored interventions that respect each client's unique circumstances and foster healing.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current LCSW license in the state of Washington.
• Strong clinical skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently in a virtual setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to create rapport quickly with clients.

• Prior experience providing teletherapy services is highly preferred, as this will greatly facilitate your adjustment to our remote work environment.
• Experience working with clients in a detox setting or with substance-use disorders is an asset.
