Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced IVR Chatbot Developer with Genesys Cloud CX expertise to design and develop self-service and omnichannel customer interaction solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX architecture, integration strategies, and AI-powered automation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement IVR solutions using Genesys Cloud CX with a focus on multi-channel self-service automation. Work on Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing across Voice, SMS, Email, Chat, and AI-powered voice bots.
